Siddharth tells me that he is only my son. I ask him why so. He says because you have given birth to me. I tell him, no son; your father is equally responsible. He asks me how? I scratch my head and can think of no suitable answer without getting into a sticky situation for myself! I have to give him my standard reply – I promise to tell you when you are older.
Any pointers from anyone about how to tackle these questions.
Once the situation occured with me when Sunny and Ajji discussed the same topic with each other and Ajay commented “Papa paid the hospital bill and when mummy took all the pain to give me birth’ Therefore he is my father:)
